For in-store purchases we only offer exchanges or store credit for full price items unless faulty. For online purchases we offer refund/exchange under the following criteria:
- Items must be returned, unworn, unwashed, with tags on items. Horizon Collections is happy to offer you a refund or exchange on all full priced items.
- Swimwear, Intimates, Face Masks and Earrings are not refundable and unable to be returned due to hygienic reasons in line with the Australian Consumer Law and if there is no breach of consumer guarantee
- Reduced or SALE items cannot be exchanged or returned for change of mind or wrong size selection. All items purchased on SALE are FINAL SALE. This includes when a discount code is used.
- DOMESTIC ORDERS (AUSTRALIA) - Return is sent to Horizon Collections within 14 days of the purchase date.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Return is shipped to Horizon Collections within 7 days of receiving the order.

Once we receive your return, your item will be inspected within 48 hours. Please allow 7 business days for your original form of payment account to be refunded (Credit card, Afterpay, PayPal).
Please note the following conditions:
DOMESTIC ORDERS online orders with FREE SHIPPING will have $10 deducted from the refunded amount (cost to send your order originally).
INTERNATIONAL online orders with FREE SHIPPING will have $30 deducted from the refunded amount (cost to send your order originally).
The cost of the return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non – refundable.
